Service Description

The initial consultation is the foundation for a trainer's success with the team. Designing a team's training protocol is like piecing together a puzzle. Athletic trainers need to consider all factors that contribute to a team's status and how those factors affect the potential for future goals. Team Training Pricing $225 an hour for up to 12 athletes for 75 mins a session Customized programs are built based on team needs discussed during the initial consultation.

Cancellation Policy

All programs are non-refundable within 2 weeks from the start date of the program. There will be no check/credit card refunds within 2 weeks of program start date or after the program has started; a credit onto your Body Mechanix Fitness account will be given for future use. If programs are cancelled due to low enrollment by Body Mechanix Fitness, participants will be given the option of a full refund or a credit onto their Body Mechanix Fitness account for future use.
