Service Description

After a long, grueling season on the ice, every hockey player needs time to recover—but recovery doesn’t mean slowing down. The Body Mechanix Post-Season Hockey Strength & Conditioning Program is designed to help athletes rebuild their bodies, restore balance, and set the stage for next season’s performance. This is where championship-level preparation begins. Throughout the season, players develop movement imbalances, overuse fatigue, and strength loss from repetitive skating patterns and heavy schedules. Our post-season program bridges the gap between competition and off-season development by combining smart recovery training, foundational strength work, and mobility restoration. The result is a stronger, healthier, and more resilient athlete heading into spring and summer leagues. Program Overview Dates: March 2 – April 3 Days: Mondays (5:00–6:30 PM) & Fridays (6:00–7:30 PM) Sessions: 10 total, led by certified strength & conditioning coaches Bonus: Unlimited access to Athlete Performance Lab – Open Gym for the month Cost: $149 Each 90-minute session blends dynamic warm-ups, functional strength training, movement correction, and hockey-specific conditioning. Athletes will restore postural balance, rebuild strength lost over the season, and regain the mobility needed for efficient, powerful skating. What Athletes Gain Recovery with purpose: Flush fatigue and stiffness from the season while reinforcing healthy movement. Rebuild strength and balance: Correct muscular imbalances that develop from months of skating and gameplay. Enhance mobility and stability: Improve joint health and range of motion for smoother, stronger skating strides. Lay the groundwork for off-season success: Enter the summer training phase healthier and better prepared to push performance to new levels. Injury prevention: Focused accessory work helps athletes avoid common overuse injuries in the hips, groin, shoulders, and lower back. Why Post-Season Training Matters Athletes who take time to recover intelligently not only feel better—they perform better. This program ensures Lancer players don’t lose the strength and mobility they’ve built, while setting them up to progress faster when off-season training begins. Whether the goal is to prepare for spring leagues, showcase tournaments, or next season’s roster, post-season training is the first step in that journey. Build. Recover. Repeat.
