Introducing Hybrid Training by Body Mechanix – a blended coaching experience that channels Coach Joe’s in-house expertise once a week, then projects the same precision programming to any space you train the rest of the week. Whether you’ve got a fully outfitted basement gym, a pair of adjustable dumbbells in the garage, or a commercial membership across town, Hybrid Training locks in a comprehensive roadmap so every rep aims at the same goal. How it works • Anchored session – Meet Coach Joe on-site each week for a 60-minute deep-work appointment. Expect movement screenings, form fixes, progressive loading, and the kind of accountability only an in-person coach can give. • Remote sessions – Two to three follow-up workouts land in our training app with demo videos, prescribed loads, rest timers, and lightning-quick modifications that keep you locked in anywhere. • Feedback loop – Log sets, upload lift clips, and message Coach Joe directly. He answers with cues and micro-adjustments that keep progress humming. Why Hybrid Training works Consistency without compromise – A hybrid schedule erases the “all-or-nothing” trap. Travel week? Holiday chaos? You can still crush smart sessions in 30–45 minutes with minimal gear. Cancellation Policy

All programs are non-refundable within 2 weeks from the start date of the program. There will be no check/credit card refunds within 2 weeks of program start date or after the program has started; a credit onto your Body Mechanix Fitness account will be given for future use. If programs are cancelled due to low enrollment by Body Mechanix Fitness, participants will be given the option of a full refund or a credit onto their Body Mechanix Fitness account for future use.
