Service Description

Body Mechanix Gridiron Prep (Junior Varsity & Varsity) is our football-focused performance program for athletes ages 10–14, built to improve game speed, strength foundations, and durability heading into preseason—without random workouts, max lifting, or conditioning beatdowns. Every 60-minute class runs in the proven Youth Foundations style: dynamic warm-up, speed/change-of-direction skill work, coached strength stations, and a competitive finisher. This program targets the traits that matter most for football in this age range: • Acceleration (0–10 yards): first-step mechanics, posture, and force application for faster starts • Deceleration + COD: safer braking, cleaner cuts, and quicker re-acceleration to handle game chaos and reduce preseason tweaks • Strength foundations: squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull, carry—technique-first progressions with athletes earning load and complexity • Durability: trunk stiffness, landing mechanics, and shoulder/scap control to support contact tolerance and long-season resilience Separate session times by level: • Junior Varsity and Varsity (ages 10–14): Mon–Fri, 6:00–7:00 PM Parents choose a monthly membership just like Youth Foundations (1x/week, 2x/week, 3x/week, or Unlimited) and book sessions in advance to reserve a spot. Athletes follow a consistent weekly structure with clear progressions and measurable wins—so they show up to preseason faster, more controlled, and more confident.

Cancellation Policy

Body Mechanix Fitness Open Gym Policy At Body Mechanix Fitness, we strive to provide a flexible and convenient gym experience for all of our members. To ensure fairness and consistency, we have established the following policies regarding the use of open gym sessions: 1. Session Expiration • All open gym sessions purchased are valid for 31 days from the date of purchase. • After the 31-day period, any unused sessions will expire and will not carry over to future months. 2. No Refunds or Extensions • No refunds or extensions will be granted for unused sessions after the 31-day period. • It is the responsibility of the member to schedule and attend sessions within the allotted time. 3. Purchasing and Scheduling Sessions • Open gym sessions can be purchased month by month only. • Sessions must be scheduled 24 hours in advance, but all sessions must be used within the 31-day window. 4. Non-Transferable • Open gym sessions are non-transferable and can only be used by the person who purchased the sessions. 5. Cancellations and No-Shows • If you need to cancel a scheduled open gym session, please cancel as soon as possible to create availability in the session time. • Failure to cancel or failure to show up for a scheduled session will result in the session being forfeited. 6. Code of Conduct • All members are expected to follow the gym's Code of Conduct during open gym hours, including respecting equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and being considerate of other members. 7. Proration for Mid-Month Membership Starts • The new membership begins after the 1st of the month, the membership fee for that month will be prorated based on the number of days remaining in the billing cycle. • The prorated amount will be calculated as a percentage of the full monthly rate, proportionate to the number of days left in the month. 8. Proration for Membership Cancellations • If a member cancels their membership before the end of a billing cycle, no prorated refund will be provided unless otherwise specified under special circumstances (e.g., medical reasons, relocation, etc.). 9. Special Circumstances • In cases of extended absences due to injury, illness, or relocation, special prorated accommodations may be made at the discretion of management on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.
