This challenging yet fun class combines full-body strength training, cardio drills, functional movements, and core exercises designed to ignite your fitness and build strength. Led by experienced trainers, each session offers a unique blend of circuits, bodyweight exercises, and resistance training to boost endurance, tone muscles, and elevate your overall performance. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced athlete, our Boot Camp adapts to all fitness levels, delivering maximum results in a motivating, supportive group environment. Duration: 60 Minutes Intensity: Medium to High (Adjustable for All Fitness Levels) Benefits: Increased strength, improved endurance, enhanced muscle tone, fat loss, and boosted overall fitness

Cancellation Policy
All programs are non-refundable within 2 weeks from the start date of the program. There will be no check/credit card refunds within 2 weeks of program start date or after the program has started; a credit onto your Body Mechanix Fitness account will be given for future use. If programs are cancelled due to low enrollment by Body Mechanix Fitness, participants will be given the option of a full refund or a credit onto their Body Mechanix Fitness account for future use.
